1. Incoming Material Inspection

Each batch of raw materials — including rubber compounds, bonding agents, and metal inserts — is carefully verified for:

• Dimensional accuracy and appearance

• Material composition and physical properties

• Supplier test certificates and compliance standards

Only approved materials enter production, ensuring reliability right from the start.

2. In-Process Quality Checks

During molding and bonding, critical parameters like temperature, pressure, and cure time are continuously monitored.
We perform periodic sampling and dimensional checks to guarantee that every product adheres to our strict design tolerances.

3. Final Product Testing

Before dispatch, products undergo final inspection using precision testing instruments.
Each product must pass the following laboratory tests:

• Tensile Testing – Bonding strength and elongation validation

• Compression Set Test – Resistance to permanent deformation

• Hardness Test (Shore A & IRHD) – Consistency in rubber hardness

• Abrasion Resistance Test – Surface wear and durability assessment

• Ozone Resistance Test – Environmental aging performance

• Rebound Resilience Test – Elasticity and energy return capability

• Aging Oven Test – Long-term heat resistance

• Specific Gravity Test – Material density verification

Every result is recorded and reviewed by trained QC engineers to ensure accuracy and repeatability.

Our CAPA system identifies, analyzes, and eliminates the root causes of non-conformities.
